If you really are talking about Firefox I assume you're referring to a
Web-based email site. Possibilities:
- Try emptying the cache.
- You may have been logged out automatically due to inactivity; click
Logout/Signoff and go back to the site.
- Could be a cookie issue. You can try deleting the cookies for the
site in question.
Short of those ideas restarting Firefox may be your only recourse.
If you're talking about Thunderbird and POP mail, that's a different story.
