Author Saved Form Information Does Not Work

Have all the correct information checked but yet this feature is not
working. I even started a new formhistory file to no avail.
For example, if I were say in eBay and filing feedback, if I left clicked, I
would have a list appear of comments I had made in the past. ? I use Windows
XP and Word 2003. Tools-Options-Privacy-Saved Forms-Make sure "Save
information..." is checked and it is! Some also mentioned a Goggle toolbar
but I do not have one.
I find this rather frustrating and would appreciate any suggestions!
