1.5.0.2 isn't out yet. Are you sure thats an official release or
maybe its a Release Canidate? Maybe you should ask on the firefox
support newsgroup: news://news.mozilla.org/mozilla.support.firefox

Thats not an announcement, thats the release notes, which may have been
put in place prior to release (to cut down on actual work required when
the release goes live)
