Thunderbird newgroup display weirdness.

| I recently converted all my email and news group activities to
Thunderbird. Funny thing is, all the newgroups but one (the one I
frequent most) display fine w/all replies to a post rolled up under the
post and accessed by clicking the + message tree icon. But for the
one, actually the first group I added, it's listing all the posts in
the data order as a flat list. Since I added all 4 groups at the same
time I can't see why this would be and can't see any property to
control this setting. Anyone know a fix for this?
Thx!

| I found a post below where someone has the same problem. When I go to
view / threads for this news group the collapse and expand menu items
are greyed out. Any idea what gives?

if you click on the account name, then yes, they are grayed out. You
have to click on the newsgroup itself.
Another way to sort is to click on the columns themselves. The one
that looks like a little baloon is the thread. When you click on it,
it will be sort one way and when you click on it again then it will be
sorted another.
