Error loading toolbar buttons

Since installing the latest Firefox I get an error loading toolbar
buttons message, clicking the retry button usually restores the
missing buttons.

The browser functions fine and if the retry button is not pressed,
sometime during the session the buttons appear, and at other times
they do not.

Any solution please.
