Firefox 2.0 not playing videos correctly
|
|
|
| I have FF2.0 and WMP 11 installed and videos in webpages are not playing
correctly.
On the BBC news site, the videos will not load at all, the WMP controls
appear but the video never starts (it seems to stop downloading after
the initial attempt).
Other sites i.e. http://www.funmansion.com/html/Mattress-Surfing.html
the video will load (again WMP controls appear) but randomly the video
will go white (sound will continue), scrolling the webpage up or down
will cause the picture to appear again.
Any suggestions?

I had a similar problem with the sound going but no movie. My problem was
with the apple quicktime plugin however. I just went to their site and
downloaded the new quicktime. Check Firefox's plugin page and make sure your
up to date on all your plugins including WMP:
