| I'd previously had a quick looksee of Fx 3 beta 1 in a virtual machine
on Vista 64 but decided to install beta 1 and run it with Fx 2.
That's okay (except for the OS showing beta 1 as the default browser)
The only thing I copied over from Fx 2 was the bookmarks.html file,
changed a few settings in Options, added AdBlock Plus and Flashblock.
The first two search engines (Scroogle) from here:
<http://mycroft.mozdev.org/download....bmitform=Search>
are crashing Fx 3 (I know it's a beta) while loading the search
results. On restarting Fx 3 the crash reporter fails to submit the
reports and doesn't work, which seems to be related to bug #390568.
I have an older copy of the Scroogle search engine in Fx 2 and it
works okay in Fx 3 and the newer ones from the above URL work in Fx 2.
Do the search engines work and not crash Fx 3 for anyone else?
What would be the problem when the existing one (below) works okay?
