Please help me remove this add-on completely from my computer. I don't want
it. I have tried to do it myself, but cannot find a means to.

In Firefox 2.0.0.3:

Tools>>Addons>>Extensions

Highlight AdBlock Plus, then select Uninstall. Restart FF and it should
be gone.
