It would be of assist if you mentioned some more specifics like
what pages is it 'slowing down' on?
how much of a 'slowdown' is it?
what time of day is it? and so forth
as well as what version of Firefox is it and on what OS?
I note that your copy of Thunderbird is quite outdated btw

like I sad 50% page open very slow ,even from the some server
