Thunderbird 2.0 junk mail interface

| I just migrated to Thunderbird 2.0 from Thunderbird 1.?. It looks even
better than my former one,
but one difference confuses me.
Whenever, under 2.0, I flag an email message as junk, it stays there
and doesn't automatically move into my "junk" folder.
Is there a Thunderbird setting to alter this?
