Thunderbird address book problems

| Environment: Windows 2000. Thunderbird v2: Suddenly I am unable to drag addresses from an address
book into a list. This is a terrible thing right now - I have a newsletter to send out to 100
members right away. Can anyone shed some light on this?

No. I had not had to do that before. When I did, it worked. Thank you. I am literally sending
out the newsletter and you saved me an hour of boring work! Live long and prosper.
