Cannot login to NetStorage, SecretStore issue

When I attempt to login to NetStorage using the File button in VO, the
Browser displays the following:
"Please Enter Username and Password for Files.
Username:
Password:
Save password in Secret Store"
I enter the correct username and password but nothing happens. Other
users have NO problem and DO NOT get screen message above.
I can login to iFolder OK and get to my HOME
directory.
Running NSBS 6.5.3
How can I correct this?
