Depends on what version of php ;) php does not care much about Apache,
it cares a lot about CLIB/LIBC though. What version of NW and what SP?

What version of php can I load?

I would say PHP4
1.1 Software Requirements
NetWare 5.1 with SP7 or NetWare 6.0 with SP4. This can be downloaded
from the Novell support site
Apache Web server for NetWare version 1.3.x (For apache 1.3.x). This
can be downloaded from the NDK site for Apache.
Apache Web server for NetWare version 2.0.49a (For apache 2.0).This can
be downloaded from the NDK site for Apache
(http://developer.novell.com/ndk/apache.htm).
(Optional). Latest UCS binaries. This can be downloaded from the NDK
site for UCS
LDAP SDK (LDAP Libraries for C - NetWare and Windows). This can be
downloaded from the NDK site for LDAP libraries
