Certificates expiring

| I installed a nw65sbs, now with sp2 in April 2004. The automatic
certificates created have a 2 year life fronm 11/1/03 until 10/31/05.
As per TID 10080506, I rand pkidiag to renew the certificates. pkidiag
detected that the 2 certificates installed at server installation would
expire in 60 days and updated them. I ran pkidiag again and it did not
detect any other errors.
However, when I try to login again and view the certificate, it appears
to not have updated the date.
I deleted the certificate in netscape 7.2 and reimported it and it still
had the 11/01/03-10/31/05 dates.
What do I need to do to get the date properly renewed.

When I restarted server, it loaded with another two years, but it worked.
