Trying to get NetStorage to work on SBS 6.0.5

| I've got most of the web gizmos working on this SBS 6.0.5 server, but
NetStorage is still giving problems. Users get logged in to Web
Access, and when they click on the NetStorage link in the menus on the
left side, they get this message in the data frame to the right:
NetStorage getData:PortalURLException URL =
http://MAIL.DOMAIN.COM:51080/oneNet/xtier-loginUnknown Connection
Failure
where mail.domain.com is their domain name, which does resolve OK.
The server started out with only GroupWise Web Access, but I am trying
to install all the web tools on it. I have all of them running except
NetStorage.
