Mod_edir will not authenticate

| Apache 200.54 on Netware 6.5sp3. When I try to use require edir-user, no
user is ever authenticated. Looking at the debug log, it succeeds in the
first step of looking up the user in bob LDAP, but then you get:
[Fri Oct 14 10:22:28 2005] [debug] mod_edir.c(198): [client
152.3.231.13] Created identity 65539 for
cn=Bob.ou=Provost_Office.ou=Provost.ou=Acad.o=University on server PROVOST
[Fri Oct 14 10:22:29 2005] [error] [client 152.3.231.13] failed to
create path context for
cn=Bob.ou=Provost_Office.ou=Provost.ou=Acad.o=University on STUFF:. err:
-632 errno: 0
Does anyone know why it could not finish? What err -632 is? That error
is noted in the documentation, but the document ends before it gets to a
description of the problem and solution.
Thanks, Bob
