Author Installed imanager/apache2 now can't change documentroot

I have installed NetWare 6.5 and imanager. Everything works great until I
added my website under apache2/htdocs/mysite. I changed the document root
and cleared my cache and I am still getting the
/nps/servlet/portalservice?NPService=iManagerContainer&setContainerOn=true
instead of htdocs/mysite/index.html.

Apache manager says the the document root has changed, but no difference.
I have rebooted the server, still no change

I am pulling out the few hairs I have left. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

Thanks,
JF
