NetStorage error "401" when downloading

| Hi,
NetStorage logs in, you can see drives etc..., but when you do a DOWNLOAD
FOR VIEWING, you get an error...
Error: 401
Location: /NetStorage/servlet/DownloadFile
No detailed message
You also get a BAD REQUEST error if you try to upload.
Any ideas? TIA

| Changed the settings.properties to include the IP, and all is well.
