Is there a way to set ftp in Netware 6.5 SP4a to passive mode?

It supports passive mode ftp. The only two configuration options I'm
aware of are the min/max data ports

#Minimum Port Number for Passive Connection. Default value is 1
PASSIVE_PORT_MIN=49800

#Maximum Port Number for Passive Connection. Default value is 65534
PASSIVE_PORT_MAX=49850
