Tomcat configuration problem

| Hello,
We run netware 6.5sp3 servers and are getting ready to update them
to sp4a. But aside from that we want to lockdown ldap a little tighter
so In C1, we set the Restrictions|Bind Restrictions to "Disallow
anonymous simple bind" in the LDAP SErver - <test server> object for the
server. The next time that tomcat tries to load I get the following on
the logger screen:
****************************************

Module APACHE2.NLM load status OK

Nothing has changed with our certificates, a run of pkidiag returns no
errors. I tried to run the steps it mentioned above but without
success. Checked in tcpcon for port 636 and it was there. If I unload
the web services and remove the "Disallow anonymous simple bind" and
restart the service everything is fine.
So, can we run tomcat with LDAP set to "Disallow anonymous simple bind"
and if so where can I find the information to configure it this way.
Thanks,
Steve
