Apache admin issue

| It seems the house of cards has fallen over again. (Netware 6.5) The last
change made to the server before noting that the apache admin component is
broken was Netware sp3.
As we had to use sp3 to fix the other major authentication issues we can
not roll back.
Hitting the admin web console is fine and both the admin web server and
apache2 server start fine and function as they should.
When hitting the apache admin shortcut via the https://server:2200 page we
get a quick flash and back to the authentication page again.
As there doesn't seem to be any TID's on this and we seem to be the only
one either with the problem or using netware 6.5 now, we ask your
assistance.
Just one thing after another.
Any help would be good.

Anything in the Apache/Tomcat logs?
To be fair though... I never use it. For me it is so much faster to edit the
config files.
