I don't know if you can have it integrated in Open Source Links.

It's easy enough to install though. Since it is a php application you just
need to copy it to the web server (you can download the latest version from
the web if it's not on the product CD).

Then, set up access to its directory if it's outside the web root, by using
Alias and Directory commands in httpd.conf (or setting it up as an
Additional Document Directory under the Web Server Manager in the Content
Management section.

Then, configure the path to the files in the 'PmaAbsoluteUri' variable
inside the config file "config.inc.php".

Then, you should be able to access it by hitting its index.php file with a
web browser.
