I have a webserver that I want to open to the outside and am unable to add
it to our DMZ. My question is should this server be added to my tree and
if so what is the proper way to lock it down? Or should I keep the server
outside the tree and just duplicate the accounts needed for edit access?

What version of NetWare?
Which web server?
Are you going to have iChain involved?
Is there going to be any proxy involved?
What type of authentication do you want? LDAP, eDir, etc?
