I don't know if this is the correct group. We are currenly testing the
Password Self-Service. I have the challenge set up as your mother's
madien name. However when you go the main page, you have the option of
getting a password hint. Is there any way not to have this displayed
When users click on this, they get an error message.
Error: Could not complete request.
Challenge Questions authentication unsuccessful
Since this is the first time that the users are accessing the
application, they would not have a hint/challenge set up.
