Hi Brian,

I found the problem. The mapping didn't include the server name ie: \\MY_SERVER\ Once I added that the mapping worked fine.

It is a folder mapped to a user name, however I am using %CN. Any other suggestions?

If it is a folder mapped to your user ID like MAP ROOT G:=\\SERVERNAME\VOL1\USERS\%LOGIN_NAME then change the %LOGIN_NAME to %CN instead. That will take care of it.
