Since you get an apache error-page there is an apache instance running.
The nw-welcomepage and imanager rely on 2 diffrent instances of apache and tomcat. Further more, remote-manager is a completly diffrent “webserver“, the httpstk.
If you have much confusion in the config, it would be best to reinstall the applications “administration-server“, tomcat-apache webserver and imanager and others that you want. Critical to the reinstall is a complete remove of the directories apache2, adm
insrvr, tomcat, qfsearch and the remove of the commands ap2webup, admsrvup, tc4adm and tomcat from your autoexec.ncf.
Reinstalling then should give you a working web interface.
