Doesn't anyone know why it is not possible to CHMOD to the netware server
via for instance through WSFTP, everytime I try and then refreshes the
CHMOD's I've done, is gone again.

Please someone help, I'm having trouble running some php applications
because I can not assign attributes with CHMOD.

Regard
Flemming

Netware does not understand *nix file attributes. What problems are you
having?

Hi Andy
Thank you for replying, I am going out of my wits here.
I am trying to install a php applikation(mailing listserver) and during
installation I'm told to CHMOD the install dir to 777 via my ftp client,
well when I'm done installing it halts, and I'm suspecting it to be from
the cause that when ever I do the CHMOD it won't keep the attributes I'm
assigning, have You got any solutions or suggestions to this?

Regards
Flemming
