Hello,

In C1, we set the Restrictions|Bind Restrictions to "Disallow anonymous
simple bind" in the LDAP Server - <test server> object for the server.
The next time that tomcat tries to load I get the following on the
logger screen:
****************************************
********************************
Module APRLIB.NLM load status OK
Module APACHE2.NLM load status OK
Requestr-5.0-1001: Notice: No IPX or SPX protocol primitives presently
available.

This module is ALREADY loaded and cannot be loaded more than once.

Please load NLDAP and then manually execute command:

I followed TID 10086383 to work around the issue but I still get the
same error above but iManager works now. When I do a Java -show on the
console screen I only get one tomcat
"org.apache.catalina.startup.Bootstrap" process. I checked and the
welcome screen is not working.

What could I be missing?

Well, I think I found the answer. There are two tomcat startup files:
tomcat4.ncf and tcadmup.ncf. The TID only addresses tomcat4.ncf but
tcadmup.ncf refers to a admin_tomcat.xml file that needs to be updated
the same as server.xml mentioned in the TID.

Yes. One is for the Tomcat you can use, the other is for the Admin server
stuff.

Anders,

Could you feedback to Novell that they should update the TID to
include both instances of Tomcat? Might help the next one who might
miss this newsgroup entry.
