Apache SSL UTF8 encoding

I'm running NW 6.5sp5 w/ Apache2 and trying to use a third party
certificate. I can load Apache using default NW certificate. When I
try to load using the renewed 3rd party cert Apache fails to load.
When looking at the NDS object for the cert. it appears the ndspki:Key
File has not been created. I can export the certificate and look at it
using OpenSSL and the subject name is utf8 encoded. I have found
Novell TID 10098140 that addresses this issue. Does anyone have any
insight? I have also noticed Novell has issed a Beta Nile.nlm, could
this possibly resolve the issue?
Thanks,
Mike
