WEB Server ABEND issues

| We are having problems with my server ABEND. I am currently running
Apache 2.0.55, mysql 5.00.20, and php 5.0.5. I thought there was a
newer PHP, but I guess not... Attached is the ABEND. Any help or
insight on why I am getting the ABEND? I can not run mysql Admin.....

Additional Information:
The CPU encountered a problem executing code in SERVER.NLM. The
problem may be in that module or in data passed to that module by a
process owned by APACHE2.NLM.

| The abend is between Apache2 and MySQL. I'd apply at least nw65sp4a, or
sp5, to update Apache2. If running Nsure Audit apply the update in TID
2972957 also.
