Cannot uninstall webserver NW 5.1

Unable to remove NWWEBADM & NWWEBSRV without abending server through
NWCONFIG. The products will not remove. How can I remove them? The
problem I am needing to fix is GW 5.5 EP Webaccess and the best way I
can figure on fixing it is by reinstalling the webserver and then webaccess.
