Unable to access Apache Admin

Good Morning,

I am unable to access Apache Admin, it says: User Not Autorized

That is using the admin account, plus a few others with admin rights.

When Apache2 loads, I get a: Failed to create server identity [error 83]
Possibly invalid tree, user or password supplied.

How do I check these values ?

Is there a way to reset the password ?

Or possibly make sure my admin account is authorized ?
