For no apparent reason, it looks as though Apache on both my servrs is failing to load - but not reporting an error.
This came to light when we suddenly lost GroupWise WebAccess - even from inside the network. Nor can I access my intranet web pages.
- all ip addresses are pingable (and DNS resolved)
- GroupWise WebAccess Console and Monitor appear to indicate it is active
- no browser access - opera IE Firefox
- when run AP2WEBUP appears to load Apache2 - but not reported in Modules
- AP2webdn reports APACHE2 not loaded
- same phenomena with admsrvup and admsrvdn
Running NSBS 6.5 SP3. This started last friday - no changes to the system
Any suggestions where to look for what it happening?

| What happens when you run PKIDIAG?
Any errors?

Does anything display on the server logger screen when you load apache?
Have a look in SYS:Apache2\logs\startup.err for startup errors.

| Just for others' information.
Issue was expired key material.
PKIDiag run on both servers solved the problem. Presumably I created the keys at about the same time 2 years ago.

| Had a feeling that might be it. I have run into that one several times.
