Quick Finder & QFR

| We have had a couple of QuickFinder setups up and running. I got an
email yesterday telling me that they cold ot login and do searches. I
did a server reset last night. The QFR sends a Status Code 12029 when I
try to login. I have not been able to find out where the error is
coming from.
We do use QFR as the frontend to the search engine.

| OK, the one certificate is expired. The trusted is good, but the public
is expired. What is the easiest way to update it?

That is tomcat. CAn you access QF over the web interface.

| Nope, looks like a administration/tomcat issue.
I can not get to any of it.. been a long day and nothing going well!!

Did you restart Tomcat after doing PKIDIAG? You might have to run
tckeygen.

Is tomcat started?? Try Java -show

Do you get a 503 there? If so you have a tomcat problem. Is tomcat loaded? Do a Java -SHOW, you should se:

| Good Morning
yes I did... It said it ran successfully.
I ran the tckeygen again to make sure.... It said successsul.
I did a server restart to clear it up and etc.
ran dsrepair and made sure NDS was in sync
Now, I can login, do a search and etc...
not sure what happened. Been a little odd...
Have to have people beat up on it and see what happens.
