Apache not loading

| Hi,
The apache server is not loading on the server (Netware 6.5 SP 5). I
have gone throught pkidiag and tckeygen but not fixed. The error in
error_log is:
[Fri Aug 31 11:15:24 2007] [crit] (10043)Unknown error:
make_secure_socket: failed to get a socket for address [IP Address]
port 2200
Configuration Failed
Httpstk and nile.nlm are loaded. They were missing from the
autoexec.ncf file previously. I have just added them but have not
rebooted the system. Checked tcpcon to see if any other connection
using the 80, 443 or 2200 port but couldn't find any.
Any suggestions?

He already tried that (see first line in his post) ;)
Configuration failed, something has changed in your config file that
Apache doesn't like. Have you made any recent changes ?

| Check for the precense of a nile.nlm in sys:system.
If present, rename to nile.old and reboot the server
