PHP and MySQL versions
|
|
|
| I will be installing php 5 (preferrably 5.0.4) and mysql 4.1 on my OES.
I was just curious if there was a build specifically for this, or
should I just compile it myself?
I haven't installed/registered OES yet because we are still waiting on
the new server to get in, so I'm just trying to get a feel for what's
available.
I'd rather get a build, since it should be more secure and easier to
update, but I really like the changes made in mysql 4.1 and in my
experience even the most recent php releases are very stable.
