I have the same problem. Here is some information:

| I saw this with Beta, but I don't have this problem with the released
product.

| I was able to administer global Apache options with the shipping OES.
However, using YaST for creating hardware Virtual Servers blows things up
badly. To the point that Apache will not start. One has to edit the
vhosts.conf manually to get it to run again and to add virtual hosts.
