IPrint - OES - After Reboot wont load

I have OES Linux running, and I find when I reboot the server. IPrint will
no longer work. I need to drop to a shell and fire off a reload command in
in /etc/init.d/rc.5/

Anyone seen this?

Are you getting any error messages?
