Install wont complete - Unable to connect to database

Hi,
I am trying to install ZFS 3.02 to a Netware 6.0 Server, SP5. Already
has ZFD4.01 installed with latest patches. ZFD inventory already
installed as well. The current main function of this server is that it
acts as a middle tier to hundreds of remote workstations across the
internet which is why it was built as 6.0 server instead of 6.5.
The intall program shuts the database down, copies a bunch of files
over, starts it back up and then says.
>Unable to connect to the database on the server
>Ensure that Make sure sys:system\mgmtdbs.ncf does refer to any non existant database files.
>Please start the database and continue
Well the database is started and the setup still wont continue, i am
forever stuck in this prompt. Here is a screen shot of the database
startup.
Any ideas?
