C1 hangs when connecting to server

| We just installed ZSM65 Mangement & MOnitoring last week and when we
upgraded the snapins on our C1, it appears to work. When you go to a
server that has the mgmt/moni agent on it, the Devices, Os, Services
appear. When you click on any of them, C1 hangs. All the rest of the
functions of C1 appear to work just fine.
Any thoughts on where I can start looking? I've installed various
flavors of C1 (v1.36c & 1.36d) with and without other snapins and it
doesn't seem to matter.
