| why not set up in FMS2???

This is very exciting for me. Everything went smoothly but now when I
test the sample applications the live log in the admin says that the
application is undefined. This is not very exciting for me.
The exact message is:
(_defaultRoot_._defaultVHost_): Application (sample_videoconference)
is not defined.
Any help would be appreciated,
