I am setting up video streaming for our company website, they are my
employers, not my clients. I'm not sure if that changes things a whole
lot, but the real concern of mine is that site visitors will have a
bad experience if the app server is unstable.

I wasn't suggeting that MM remove both caps, just the bandwidth cap. I
don't mind the concurrent use cap, it is much more reasonable than
being double charged for bandwidth, as you stated.

Any ideas on why my sample apps are not working? Better yet, what do I
have to do to make sure this same problem doesn't arrise when I create
my own apps and place them in the folder (s) of my choice?

Thanks,
Aaron
