Well, by default when you install the drivers it is
set to capture a 320x240 screen region at the center
of your screen at 25fps.=20

Settings bigger capture size in your flash apps wont
help either at this point. Furthermore you can not
acces these settings to modify them from the Flash
Player.

What to do:

Obviously we need to acces those settings somehow, and
they say how to do that in the readme.

This is what I have done:

I have downloaded and installed this small app over
here:http://www.iulabs.com/iuvcr/index.shtml

Launch It->Go to Video-> Select VHScrCap->hit
Configure
and voila... all the options in the world

Pretty neat!
