FMS2 now provides a NetStream.Play.InsufficientBW status code that tries
to give an indication of network conditions. The server tries to
determine if the player is falling behind, and if so, it is presumed to
be due to network conditions. This is not totally accurate, so use it
with a grain of salt. But it might provide you with some indications
that you can use to adjust your buffer.
