| hi,
im trying to convert jpg's to flv's on the server. the only thing i =
found is Flix Engine, but thats running at $2500
is there something else out there that can do what i need without =
costing so much?

This may sound like a silly question but, how do I execute the the ffmpeg
file? its in C
:o
i dont know how to use C just flash and sometimes with a little luck, php

yes its a great program i tried a few other things out and they werent so
hot.
i compiled the ffmpeg.c file and i got errors, any idea what im doing wrong?

| This is a crazy idea, but with Flash you can export a JPEG.

Instead of using FFMPEG, isn't it possible to just have a JPEG capturing
SWF that generates these jpegs?
This way it would also work with VP6 codec.
(waiting for aYo or Stefan to tell me this isn't practical)

this topic. I have been thinking about this in my latest project:
Instead of using the FLIX engine to generate JPEG's, how would the
quality/speed compare with a SWF crawler to dynamically create JPEGs.
Hmmm... anyone taken this route before?

ool is if there was a quality class thrown into the mix...decreasing the =
