PS My VHScrCap can change settings now without AMCap.
There are new dialog will be popup on panel startup, where you can
select any existing instance or "create new one" for simply correct
settings.
For example, if you create one instance of VHScrCap in Flash, you can
simply open panel and connect to it. But that feature require
WinNT-compatible OS. Some later I will add also Win9x support.
