Hi,

I set a client's BW limit client-to-server at 25000 bytes, and the
FMS2 Console shows 1250000. The Bandwidth override is set to "yes" in
the Application.xml and it seems to work fine on server-to-client.
However, the trace() using client.getBandwidthLimit(0) always shows
1250000. Is this a console bug?
