Mac video issues w/ xml playlist/dynamic thumbnails

Been playing with this from MM site:

In a nutshell, it is an xml driven playlist with dynamic thumbnails,
etc.
On a pc, it works great. On a mac (on our testing FCS server) there is
about a 15 second delay from when you click on the thumbnail to when
the video starts - but interestingly enough, the audio starts
immediately!
Anyone come across this kind of thing before? Mac issue or code issue?
NOTE - on her demo completed player here:

the videos start in about 2 seconds (audio immediately).

| Hi Sean,
I'm not experiencing the same audio synch issues you are on the Mac;
the videos do seem to 'skip' a slight bit at the beginning, but I'm not
getting the video delay you describe. I *suspect* that this is a buffer
issue in the Mac flash player.
My best suggestion would be to try adding a buffer to the videos.
Hope this helps; please let me know how it turns out.
