I am having a terrible time moving my flashcomm setup from windows to
linux. I know that people say that flashcomm is better on windows and
that's ultimately where it might run, but right now I need it to work
under linux.

My questions:

1. There appears to be no documentation of the tools in the linux
flashcomm... unless I am (or actually my linux guy) is missing
something. If someone could point us in the right direction in this
regard it would be great.

2. I am wondering if I can connect my windows based desktop
communication inspector to the server instance in linux. If so, if
someone could tell me how to do this it would be great, since it
doesnt seem to recognize the admin password or acknowledge anything.

3. I am wondering if there are any wierd permissions issues. I am
able to record video, but flashcomm will not play it back. Very
strange. Everything works great on windows, but when I point my app at
the linux box it records but wont let me play back.

Thanks for any help.

Hank
