Jim,

The FLVPlayer has always worked fine for me , but I nonetheless fixed the
_root references, and changed them to _parent, as suggested by you.

However, by doing this, the seekbar does no longer work properly - I find
that
when repositioning the video playhead, the cursor does not grab the playh=
ead
until
I move it about 100px to the right. Changing code back to using _root, an=
d
everything works fine.

I was thinking that maybe you don't use the seekbar, thus never realised
this
problem?

The skin I am using, is the 'clearSkin-2' that is bundled with the
FLVPlayer.
